  1. That's a good choice. I read a few Iron Man comics growing up, but never really liked him unless he was part of a team. The movie Iron Man is different though and he ended up being one of the most interesting characters in the MCU. No one would have believed it back in the 90s.
  2. Comics would have to be the Spider-Man (1990) by Todd McFarlane series.
  3. If you're asking about movies, I like the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man the best. I watched the entire series with my son and he loved it as well.
  4. I love Talk to Me and didn't know it was YouTubers that made it. I've seen it twice already.
  5. Now is a good time to give it a try! We watch it yearly and it doesn't age. It's still incredibly good.
  6. Hey it's not too late! I missed out on D&D as a kid too and always wished I had gotten into it. I'm considering giving it another shot now that I'm older.
  7. I always read the funnies in the newspaper when I was a kid. Then my grandfather and uncle opened a comic shop and brought home a few boxes of comics and I was immediately hooked!
  8. As an adult, probably the Conjuring. I like creepy horror movies and that series is easy to get into.
  9. That's a tough one, but it's probably something my children made me watch over and over 😂
  10. My state may be last on the list for a lot of things, but we have a really cool superhero 😂
  11. Some collectors stick with Cover A for consistency, while others hunt down variants they really like, including ratio variants or store exclusives. Curious what most people prefer. Do you usually grab the main cover, or do variants influence what you pick up?
  12. One of the random grabs for me this week was DC KO Boss Battle #1. I picked up the Superman vs. Homelander cover just because it looked cool. I haven't read any of the issues reading up to this one, so I'm not sure I will understand what's actually going on unless I start from the beginning. Is anyone reading DC KO?
  13. He definitely counts! I grew up watching those horrible movies lol
  14. Nice! I had to look him up, I didn't recognize the name.
  15. I think it's a huge possibility. More people want to make movies without gatekeepers and they can pull it off with enough followers and support. People like to support their favorite artists and this could be a good way to do that.
  16. Nice 😂I laughed so hard at that scene
  17. There has to be someone from there 😂maybe a villain?
  18. I wonder if any villains are from there lol
  19. Definitely! TMNT is awesome! Have you seen the TMNT manhole covers in Dover? I would love to see it in person.
  20. It’s New Comic Book Day again! What’s on your pull list this week? Did you grab any new releases, or pick up some interesting back issues while you were there?
  21. Welcome to the forum, Jeff! There are so many cool discussions to get into on here. Feel free to participate in some threads.
  22. Well, we still need to learn why Thor was crying 😂
  23. Looking back, I can't remember really liking GOT that much either. Some of it was OK, but I didn't like it as much as most people do.
  24. I don't think I've seen even half of them lol I need to catch up!
