  1. I could probably rewatch The Walking Dead again. I really like the first few seasons especially.
  2. We've watched the Haunting of Hill House and Bly Manor multiple times! It can easily be rewatched. Schitts' Creek is also a great one. American Horror story is another one that can be watched more than once. YellowJackets also comes to mind.
  3. I’ve noticed some people love starting a series right from the beginning, while others prefer waiting until there’s a solid backlog to catch up all at once. This applies to comics, TV shows, anime, or anything ongoing. Do you like being there from the start, or do you usually wait until there’s more to dig into?
  4. I love anything Lotr! However, I can't remember the last time I finished a game of Monopoly : )
  5. I took some of the recommendations from here and getting a few for the family. I have 3 kids that play on their tablets way too much and I think board games would be good for them. I'm looking into getting a version of Horrified and we just got Exploding Kittens haha! I'm still trying to learn how to play it, but I think I almost have it.
  6. The N64 is classic! My teenager collects old games and has been wanting me to get him one. I may have been in college when they came out, I can't remember, but it was a little after my gaming time growing up.
  7. I looked it up and see Ernie Hudson will be there! I'm so jealous! I've heard he's so cool to talk to.
  8. I LOVE the original trilogy, but feel certain aspects should be left in the past. Frodo's story felt complete, didn't it? I'm not sure he should be added to this, but I guess we'll have to see how it turns out.
  9. That's awesome! I hope you win some great things for him! Welcome to the forum!
  10. Agreed! It really looked like Cyclops was going all in and that's probably the only thing that would make him do that.
  11. Yeah, that moment really stood out to me too. Cyclops losing his composure like that feels less like shock and more like someone who already knows how bad things have gotten. Jean being missing definitely feels intentional, whether that means she’s gone or they’re saving something big for later. Either way, it adds to that end-of-the-world vibe. I’m with you though, it’s probably the strongest teaser so far just based on tone alone.
  12. That’s a great one to have on the calendar. I looked it up and it seems to be a pretty big event! What are you most excited to check out there this year?
  13. Toy Fair is an awesome goal. I've never been to one. What was it like when you went?
  14. This is a cool figure! There are so many great Batman movies, but I have to go with the original!
  15. I'll have to check that one out! We try to play board games with the kids, but it's hard to find any that keeps their attention. We tried Exploding Kittens the other day but I couldn't figure it out lol. My oldest is interested in trying the Marvel Multiverse RPG and possibly D&D so we will see.
  16. With the year getting underway, I was curious if anyone here is planning to attend any comic cons this year. Big or small, local or major. I’ve been thinking more about getting out to events, checking out panels, artist alley, and just being more involved in person instead of only following everything online. Would love to hear which cons people are excited about, or if you have a favorite one you try to go to every year.
  17. True lol you never know what Batman is prepared for!
  18. True. Reed is always at the top of the list in these types of discussions. Especially if you read the comics and not just the movies lol
  19. I thought the same about Black Panther. He has all of his country's resources and could develop different teams to work on different issues at the same time.
  20. I've always liked this matchup! I know Batman has ways to beat people that outclass him, but I think Spider-Man would be too much for even him to handle. I know Batman can do amazing things with prep-time, but I think Spider-Man simply has too many abilities to be taken down. However, I do think Batman could set a trap for him, but if it's a chance encounter, then Spider-Man will take the win.
  21. Nice to have you here! I love LOTR too!
  22. Loki is a great choice! He would definitely attack the issue in unconventional ways that the others probably wouldn't even have access to.
  23. Reed is a great choice! I think he could handle just about anything. I went with Doom for one reason, that basically he would be more inclined to do things that Reed probably wouldn't to get the job done. I think a team up with those 2 would be awesome!
  24. I tried to frame this around preparation, intelligence, and resources, not just raw power. Doom and Reed feel like obvious contenders, but someone like Black Panther would have full access to Wakanda’s technology and infrastructure, while Magneto or Constantine could approach the problem in much less conventional ways. Curious to see which angle people trust most and why.
  25. A universe-ending event is unfolding. You can choose ONE character, hero or villain, who has full access to their intelligence, resources, allies, and preparation time. Power alone is not the deciding factor. Curious which qualities matter most when everything is on the line.
