April 15Apr 15 CB Team Disney's shocking layoffs seem to indicate they're going to stop engaging with physical releases. Absolutely gutting. Yes, I know they have a streaming service, but that'll never replace physical imo.
April 15Apr 15 CB Team Yeah, this is bad. I still collect Blu-rays. I've gone digital for gaming and music, but I'll keep getting physical media for movies as long as they make it. I love the sight of all of my movies up on a shelf together.
April 15Apr 15 CB Team I'll always choose physical over streaming for anything that I really love. the streaming landscape is just too unstable to rely on titles consistently being available, and it's admittedly just nice to have a physical copy on hand.

They remove things all the time and that's even before you get to the idea that you need decent internet to be able to access them.
