Sunday at 12:18 PM5 days CB Team Yeah that Variety review was nuts. I definitely think Supergirl is being unfairly overhated. It's not my favorite movie of the year but I had fun with it and would watch again.

Monday at 10:25 AM4 days CB Team I'm going to watch the movie today (the official release in France is Wednesday, but I got tickets for an early screening). I can't form an opinion yet, but the way people are talking about the movie, one would think that Madame Web and Morbius had an ugly child... It's weird

It's not great, and the editor (and the director who enabled the editor) should be dragged in public while people throw tomatoes at them. But the Krypton scenes are good and Milly Alcock RULES! It reminds me of the hit-and-miss era of the early MCU. Kinda like Thor, actually, that has some major issues, but it's saved by a great cast.

It's perfectly fine. It's not the trainwreck some people are making it out to be. It's not a great movie either. It's just fine.If I was reviewing it, I'd probably give it like a 3/5 because there's stuff that works well. Alcock's performance. Krypto. And then there's stuff that doesn't work as well (the villain).
