Recently I've seen a lot of hate toward Bungie's new extraction shooter Marathon. While some of the complaints are valid, (such as complicated UI or a surprising lack of pvp) I have also seen some unwarranted complaints just hating on its art style. This was really confusing to me and I'm sure a lot of others as well because on first look the game looked stunning. The game blends the synthetic looking future with a planet overrun by flora and fauna. Even the 3-D printer like Sekiguchi silk worms are just reinforce this sick concept. Here are my hopes for Pokemon Winds and Waves. Voice acting by Studiopolis. Charicific Valley Charizard (Charla) will return with a pink bow on her head as a form of Charizard. She will be playable. she will be obtained or a as a gift. New Pokedex that includes all past Pokemon. 100 New Pokemon I will be respectful, minded and concise. That's a polite thing.

How are we feeling about crimson desert coming out? I’ve seen so many games similar to this, and while yes, I think the gameplay looks amazing so far, I am very skeptical on if the story will be engaging at all. Maybe it’s because the game seems too good to be true? Thoughts?

Design wise Marathon 2026 has a more distinct art direction than the previous games. It’s not a “Doom Clone” anymore but it did inspire Halo, and a lot of elements from Halo would never exist without Marathon first existing, even Master Chief. But in this day and age Nu-Marathon is just the step in the right direction for the franchise as a whole IMO. Maybe they’ll tackle a narrative driven game if marathon succeeds enough, and it already seems like it is, so there’s that.

Well, Pokemon Day is here, and we got our presents! What did everyone think? Aside from the Gen 10 reveal, it felt pretty par for the course to me. Glad we got a release window for Champions, and the new look at Pokopia was cool. But I expected them to have a little more to announce, to be honest.

Update on My SNES Patches Hey everyone, I wanted to give you all an update regarding the removal of my old SNES patches. After a pretty intense year, 2025 turned out to be a huge learning experience for me. I've picked up a lot of new skills in coding, optimization, and overall best practices for creating solid, reliable patches. Because of that, I decided to take down all my previous patches. They just weren't coded the way I'd want them to be today, and with everything I've learned, it felt right to wipe the slate clean and start fresh. After a longer-than-usual wait, we finally have the 2026 roadmap for new D&D content from Wizards. They're going with a "seasons" model starting with the Season of Horror, which will give us a new Ravenloft sourcebook. Then it's a Red Wizard-centric Season of Magic, and whatever "Season of Champions" will mean. I have to admit I'm feeling a lot more optimistic about this lineup than I expected to, though that's probably because I love the Ravenloft setting and always want to play a caster. What does everyone else think?

I've been showing my kids some of the older Marvel movies recently. The original X-Men movies didn't really keep their attention. They thought they were a little slow and cheesy. My list includes The Wire and The Americans, both of which never won Drama series Emmys. The Wire never got nominated; The Americans got ONE acting win and a writers' win for the final season. Looking back now, that's WILD. What other shows do you think were criminally overlooked in their time?
