  1. It was probably good for the time and there was much less on TV to watch back then. It would only be background noise now.
  2. It took me a while to like The Office, but then I loved it. I didn't like Season 1 when I first watched it, but it got better as it went.
  3. I’ll start with Doctor Doom. If Doom genuinely wanted to do good and kept his resources, Latveria, and his brain, he could fast-track global medicine, energy, and tech in a way almost nobody else can touch. The scary part is the same thing that makes him effective: he’d probably still think he knows better than everyone. Who beats Doom on pure “impact” if they flipped?
  4. I remember that one! I'm surprised they haven't remade it yet.
  5. Legos are awesome! We build things regularly, but nothing too complicated.
  6. Nice! Are you reading single comics or did you get the huge compendiums? I have the first two compendiums, but haven't read through them yet.
  7. Yep, the X-Men would be a menace if they ever turned.
  8. I just got hit with a huge box of Batman books and started sifting through them, and it really reminded me how deep his catalog is. I’ve got random issues and volumes from a bunch of different runs, including some where I only have book 2 or 3, and now I’m trying to figure out which ones are worth tracking down and completing. So I’m curious, what do you consider the must-read Batman stories? Classic runs, standalone graphic novels, underrated arcs, or even more recent stuff that surprised you. And on the flip side, are there any runs you’d say aren’t really worth finishing? If someone wanted to build a strong Batman reading list, what would you put at the top?
  9. Hush is on my reading list. I just started The Long Halloween, but will read Hush next.
  10. I like old-school too! That's the one I grew up with.
  11. Operation could be wicked! It would get demented pretty quick lol
  12. I'm not a huge fan of it, but the model could definitely be improved. They would need to move away from typical slasher movies and do something more original.
  13. Not just “which villain could be redeemed,” but which villain already has the intelligence, resources, influence, or long-term vision that, if they truly changed sides, could actually make a meaningful positive impact on the world. Assume they keep their resources, networks, and abilities. They’re not starting from zero. They just see the world differently and want to make a difference. Who do you think could do the most good if their goals shifted, even slightly?

Good choice! He's one of the nastier ones for sure.
  15. I keep coming back to Professor X. The idea of someone with that level of telepathic reach deciding they know what’s best for everyone is genuinely terrifying. He’s already walking a moral tightrope most of the time. One bad shift in worldview and he’d be unstoppable. You wouldn't even know he was controlling anyone until it's too late.
  16. Superman would be the end of the world if he wanted it to be. That would be terrifying. I don't know Gojo, haven't read any of them yet.
  17. Welcome to the coolest forum around! It's good that you like multiple topics, we try to discuss each of them regularly.
  18. Welcome to the forum! Feel free to comment on other threads and get to know everyone.
  19. Same! I always look for him when I see TMNT art and collectibles!
  20. Probably Scream 7. My area has a small theatre that's usually empty during the day and I'll probably go watch it there.
  21. Not just because of raw power, but because of who they are, how they think, or what they already know. Also, take into account their influence. Some heroes already operate close to the line, others have power that’s only held in check by their values. If those values shifted even a little, things could get scary fast. Curious who you think would be the worst-case scenario and why.
  22. That's good to hear! I like long series that stay interesting like that. I'll go ahead and order the next few books in the series.
  23. Sounds like I have some books to buy! I like sticking with a great series.
