If you could experience one movie all over again for the first time…

… what would it be?

I think watching Jurassic Park would still be thrilling/fun - even in a world where I would have seen CGI dinos before.

If not that, then probably something with a great twist: The Prestige, The Sixth Sense, or Fight Club.

Damn, you took my answer because I was also going to say The Prestige.

But aside from that, I'd like to rewatch Everything Everywhere All at Once for the first time again but for an unexpected reason. I was so extremely tired when I saw it that I think I liked it slightly less. Through no fault of the movie, I was nodding off, so, even though I still enjoyed it, I don't think it hit me with its full impact.

That's a tough one. I think I'd like to experience the Avengers: Endgame feeling all over again for sure. Marvel just hasn't hit like that since, and it's one of my most memorable theatrical release memories. But I also wouldn't say no to rewatching all of the X-Men movies for the first time, either.

That's a tough one. We had so many great movies come out when we were kids that probably wouldn't hold up all that well today, but were amazing to us back then. The only one I can think of that would still be great if you saw it right now for the first time is the original Jurassic Park. There's something special about that movie and it still holds up amazingly well! We watched it with the kids recently and they loved it.

I think I'd probably want to see The Dark Knight for the first time all over again, but only so I could see it for the first time with my best friend who I did not know at the time and turns out we are both completely obsessed with that movie.

Something with a twist would be good. I was too young to appreciate "I am your father" in Empire Strikes Back when I saw that for the first time. I'm pretty sure I already knew the twists for Sixth Sense and Fight Club just through pop culture osmosis before I saw those films for the first time. Still loved them, though.

For a non twisty pick, I think I would go with The Social Network. That movie blew my mind when I saw it in theaters, and it sort of encouraged me to seek out other types of films besides the big genre stuff we all love. After seeing Social Network, I went down a rabbit hole of various IMDb pages and started watching all kinds of movies from all kinds of directors. So that film had a big impact on me.

Oh - and if I could see the Lord of the Rings trilogy for the first time again on a big screen, I would. What an experience that was as a kid.

That would be amazing! We once watched the entire trilogy while camping in a camper with the kids and they loved every second of it, which was a surprise because they usually don't watch movies. I wish they would play it in the theatres again occasionally.

That was a great Batman movie! I still remember seeing it in theatres. I think every single seat was sold out that night.
