  1. Hello, ComicBook.com team. I'll be respectful minded, concise and polite this time. Christmas is coming in three weeks. All I want is: The 2026 announcement of the classic Pokémon anime 30th Anniversary bluray with a new English dub by Studiopolis, no inaproppiate dialogue, no swear words, fix mistakes and errors, keep english names because the japanese names in this dub is confusingthe fans. That also includes the Original Japanese and 4kids dubs. it will be released in 2027. Early 2026 Sonic Central event And the announcement of Erica Lindbeck casting in season 2 of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man as Gwen. I hope you'll have a merry Christmas in 25th of Decemb…

  2. I have just worked on the news article detailing the deal and outlining the next steps. Now, I'm here to rant... Is anyone excited about every DC movie including long exposition dialogues and redundant scenes for the sake of second-screen content? I could never have predicted that I would one day be sad that Comcast lost a bidding war.

Another popular fan pick (Brandon Sklenar) just said it would be a dream to join the DCU. That got me wondering. Who do you want to see as the DCU's Batman? Do you want one of these big fan castings (Alan Ritchson)? Go with an unknown? Just incorporate Pattinson into the DCU for simplicity's sake? Might be a cop out answer, but I don't really have a preference. Gunn's always been great with casting, so I trust whoever he picks. It'll probably be someone who isn't on the radar. I don't think Corenswet was at the top of the Superman list early on.

  4. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were a part of many childhood memories for me, whether it was the animated cartoon or playing the classic TMNT beat-em up in arcades and losing way too many quarters to it. The love of the franchise has continued ever since, though thankfully I don't lose nearly as many quarters to the franchise these days. Early on, I was probably a bigger Raphael fan, but I became a bigger Donatello fan over time and have never looked back since. His goofiness, sincerity, and inventiveness are all parts of why I love the character, so I want to know which Turtle is your favorite and why!

  5. There have been many superhero games over the years, and not every single one ends up becoming adored like the Arkham series or Insomniac's Spider-Man. Which superhero game do you feel doesn't get enough love, and why do you think that is? I'll get things started, and I've got two picks. The first is Arkham Origins, which aside from a choppy framerate at launch, was one of my favorite Arkham Games and actually put more of an emphasis on detective work while spinning an entertaining story at the same time. It also had some great villains and fun boss fights, and would love to see a remaster of the game at some point down the line. I feel like some of the issues it had at l…

  6. Finally watching The Long Walk now that Lionsgate's 4K has come out (really wanted to catch it in theaters but we had a baby in July and getting out has been more challenging). It just got me thinking what everybody sees as the best Stephen King adaptation. I think The Shining is probably the best movie based on King's works but obviously he has feelings about how much Kubrick veered from the material. What are your top picks?

  7. I’m talking about how the characters are portrayed or how well the movie stays with the subject, etc.. Please reference the movie and scene.

  9. Metroid Prime 4 is finally out this week and is set to be one of the final major releases of the year. Are you planning to pick it up at launch or will you be holding off til later? Our own review just went live here if you're interested!

  10. Seriously? The entire James Bond catalog is now being given away for free on Pluto TV? If that isn't the final, neon-sign flashing indicator that this once-great franchise has completely cratered, I don't know what is. After they had the nerve to straight-up murder James Bond in the last movie, No Time To Die, they proved they have no respect for the legacy or the source material. It was an appalling creative decision designed only to shock, and it alienated every single loyal viewer. We will never forget. We will never go back. Now they're surprised that people aren't rushing out to buy the Blu-rays? Give me a break. Everyone abandoned this franchise the second the credi…

  11. Next year McFarlane will lose the DC license to Mattel, and we'll get new lines of DC figures from the movies and comics. McFarlane is moving through some key characters over the next few months, so who are the characters you hope to see added to the line before the license moves to Mattel? Personally, I need a Detective Chimp, Zatanna, Jo Mullein, and versions of Absolute Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman. Fingers crossed he can make those happen with one more year to go.

  12. It's your friendly neighborhood Evan, a writer here at ComicBook.com. I had the chance to see Avatar: Fire And Ash at a press screening earlier this week, and while I can't divulge anything in terms of overall spoilers, I can share some general thoughts now that the social media embargo has lifted. To start, I can say that this is the best Avatar movie yet and I say this as someone who has never been that big of a fan of the N'aavi. It is far and away one of the most visually impressive movies I've ever seen and for that alone, I really think its worth checking out in a theater with 3-D glasses strapped to your face. If you want to hear even more of my thoughts, be sure …
