What Game Have You Replayed The Most / Put The Most Hours Into?

With the news that Skyrim is getting ANOTHER re-release, I've been thinking... what game have you replayed the most? Or if it's not linear, what do you have the most hours in?

I've definitely played the full story of Skyrim far more than any other game, but it might not quite beat out The Sims 4 for total gameplay hours. It's a close call, though.

Nothing has topped Fallout 3 for me. That's partly because most of that was my last year of high school and throughout college, so I had a lot more free time. But still nothing has come close.

As far as playthroughs and combined hours, the two non-multiplayer-focused games are Dragon Age: Inquisition and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. I've sunk massive hours into both of those and started new playthroughs several times.

On the free-to-play or multiplayer side, I think I'm pretty high up at this point in the 70+ area for Marvel Rivals, and the same goes for Disney Dreamlight Valley.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. My cartridge didn't save, so every time I turned off my Nintendo 64, I had to restart the game from scratch. I became a speedrunner in that game, memorizing the best path to collect everything... I finished that game 100% multiple times, so I can't even begin to imagine how many hours I poured into it.

The dedication is impressive! I would 100% have gotten too frustrated to keep going.

DDV is definitely up there for me. It just doesn't have the years of obsession behind it like Sims 4 does... yet. lol.

Yeah, there's nothing like those games we played back in the high school/college days. I played most of my Skyrim during grad school, which in retrospect is kind of wild haha.

In terms of games I've replayed the most, it would most likely be the Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, and Sly Cooper games for PS2. As I waited to get new games between birthdays and Christmases, I would replay my favorites constantly. I still enjoy replaying games today. As a big sports fan, I sunk a lot of hours into Madden and NBA Live too.

In my adult life, my most replayed game is Spider-Man 2018. I think I've played that five or six times by now. It's so much fun.

The longest I've ever spent on a single playthrough of a single game is Cyberpunk 2077 last year. I enjoyed it, but I'm hesitant to start a replay because it would take me away from other games for so long haha.

I want a new Sly Cooper so badly, such a great series. My first sports game for my PlayStation was actually NBA Live 97, and I loved it!

I just started Cyberpunk not too long ago and ended up walking away to finish other things, but hoping to get back to it at some point.

I'm not much of a gamer, so my gaming history is limited, but it will always be The Sims 4 for me. Minecraft comes in at a close second, but it's hard to pry me away from The Sims 4. I don't even want to look at my gameplay hours, lol.

Back in college, I shared an account with a friend before switching to my own. So my true hours of lifetime play are fortunately lost to time lol.

If only I could be as fortunate, lol.

I only started playing back in around 2020 I think, and quickly got hooked. Some of the dlc released these past few years have has really solid and just made it too hard for me to step away from the game for an extended period of time.

If you combine the number of times I played the original Crash Bandicoot and Spyro games on PS1 with the number of times I've played the PS4 remakes, that might be a record that can never be broken.

I played those games religiously when I was a kid

I've spent a ton of time (maybe just under a thousand hours?) on Slay The Spire,
Lately, my time has been consumed by Borderlands, FF Tactics and Hoop Land. :-)

The game I’ve replayed the most has to be Spider-Man on the original PlayStation (PS1). I’ve played it countless times and I never get tired of it.

It’s pure nostalgia for me, the gameplay, the story, and especially unlocking the different suits. Even though everyone looks like they have square heads, there’s something about it that keeps pulling me back. It’s one of those games I just can’t stop replaying.

Slay the Spire was a huge time sink for me, too! Such a wonderful game!
