Friday at 11:20 PM2 days CB Team I finally replaced my copies of The Lord of the Rings and started reading them today. I’ve never actually read the books before, but I’m already hooked. I recently got the kids interested in Lord of the Rings, and we’ve been watching a little of the original movies every weekend, but I’ve always wanted to sit down and read the books myself.Has anyone here read the full series? And has anyone gone through The Silmarillion as well?What is everyone else reading right now?

One day though!I'm about 30 or so pages into it and it's great! It's cool seeing how it all started. I used to have one of those fancy editions, but it just sat on the shelf for years. It's good to finally read it.
