Thoughts?

I wasn't sold on Wolverine based on the leaked footage (and traversal) but there's some genuinely cool stuff in this trailer. The character designs are *chef's kiss.

Okay this trailer definitely sold me. All a Wolverine game ever needed was the chance to do extreme damage and give us some awesome shots. This trailer does both, and the characters look SO GOOD.

Didn't see the leaked footage, but I'm very excited for this game. I love Insomniac's Spider-Man series. Probably my favorite video game franchise ever. Can't wait to see what they do with Wolverine.

This looks impressive and big budget. But at the same time, there isn't really anything new or novel here. I guess when you're spending as much as Insomniac and PlayStation are, you can't take many risks.

I know nothing about this, but I will say the trailer got great reactions from other members of my household.

Looks fantastic and the fact that there will be roughly 3 years between the leaked footage and the launch is very promising. It had that cinematic flair I look for from a PlayStation game while mixing in some of my favorite superhero characters.

I am hoping the traversal is more interesting than Wolverine bouncing between rooftops if this has any sort of open level design, but the motorcycle gives me some hope for some cool driving sequences.

Also very happy that they are going full M rating with all the absurd blood and gore that made a game like X-Men Origins: Wolverine so satisfying. Can’t wait for this!

I think this looks pretty good. I actually let my son get the old Deadpool game before he might have been ready for it, and while this looks a lot more graphic, he is 16 now, so I think I might be letting him get this one. I'm sure he'll be excited when I let him see the trailer (unless he sees it on YouTube first as he doomscrolls there).

I think I'm in the minority here, but I'm still not sold. The footage they showed was cool, but it was a lot of the same thing over and over again. I need to see a bit more of what the game has to offer besides stabbing stuff with adamantium claws. Looking forward to Insomniac showing off more of the game next year.

Arkham Asylum was the game that made me feel like I was really Batman.

Marvel's Spider-Man was the game that made me feel like I was really Spider-Man.

This looks like the game that's going to make me feel like I'm Wolverine.

It also feels like it's going to be a game that confirms that, indeed, what Logan does "is not pretty."

Like... I'm not sure I'm going to feel good about Wolverine's life by the time this game is done.

I hope it's immersive and makes you feel like you're really part of the game and not too repetitive. It looks like it will be fun with lots of replayability just from what I've seen so far.
