What should Marvel do after X-Men '97?

The success of X-Men '97 is kind of amazing, it's the highest rated Marvel show ever. Given the post-credit scene in this week's episode with the Avengers, should Marvel be expanding this corner of animation with more shows?

I'm glad they haven't indicated they're doing this because expansion often leads to lesser quality, but anyone else eager for an aniamted MCU across multiple shows?

After seeing Captain America and Black Widow I really want to see an Avengers show in the same style as Xmen 97

It would be a good one since they didn't have their own show at the time

I think this episode definitely set up something for the Winter Soldier story...

A proper adaptation of Brubaker's cap but in animation form would be amazing

They should the the Onslaught saga for the third or fourth season. X97 is perfect to see the storyline come to life.

Season 2 did bad on the Nielsen charts

Review scores mean nothing if no one or not enough is watching

Brother they already talking about Season 5 lol

I think we might need a Defenders show. Maybe the Netflix shows got cancelled before there could be any discussion, but I don't feel like the Defenders show they did, even though it was good, did anything for exposure of those characters.

& Star Wars keeps going even though its now a failed IP

Disney does not care about success the way a normal Company would

To be fair, I think they kind of assumed Season 2 would be as big as Season 1. Imo it hasn't been as good; it's just been too disjoiinted.

They could revive all of the Spiderman shows. They did so many of them it’s a shame to just have them on the shelf.

The revival of the 2017 series should feature the Black cat voice actor from Marvel Rivals voicing Ghost Spider.

I'd be down for an Avengers series set in the same time frame, or even a series just in the same style in the present.

This would be great. Then they could team-up with the X-Men and Fantastic Four - and fight Doctor Doom! Oh, wait.

(I actually do think an Avengers series would be cool though).

I would prefer another project that's NOT connected to X-Men 97. We already have the MCU, and I don't need another expanding universe to follow.

That said, the animation and storytelling philosophy could be applied to a different corner of the Marvel world. Maybe something galactic, like a proper adaptation of the Annihilation sagas.

I would have no objections.
